Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

  • These Terms of Service constitute a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
  • The Provider is Matvey Yurievich Pogodayev, self-employed individual, TIN 540131808961, registered as a payer of professional income tax (FZ-422).
  • The Crypti Trader service is available at cryptitrader.ru and as a Telegram Mini App (@crypti_trader_bot).
  • Starting to use the Service means full acceptance of these Terms.
  • The User is an individual at least 18 years of age who has accepted these Terms.

2. Subject

  • The Provider grants access to an informational and analytical service: AI signals and analytics (0–100% scoring), trading calculators, portfolio tracking via read-only exchange APIs, automatic trading journal, Smart Money Concepts indicators, AI chat assistant, and a news feed.
  • The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing is listed on the website and may change.

3. Important Notice

  • THE SERVICE IS PURELY INFORMATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL IN NATURE.
  • The Provider IS NOT an investment advisor, broker, or dealer. It holds no licenses for securities market activities.
  • Data, signals, scores, and forecasts are NOT individual investment recommendations, offers, or incentives for transactions, nor guarantees of future returns.
  • The User makes all trading decisions independently and bears full responsibility for them.

4. Cryptocurrency Risks

The User acknowledges the following risks:

  • Cryptocurrencies are a high-risk asset with high volatility.
  • Total loss of invested funds is possible.
  • Margin trading multiplies losses, potentially leading to liquidation.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Cryptocurrency regulation may change.
  • AI models may contain errors and inaccuracies.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • The Provider undertakes to: grant access to the Service under the chosen plan, maintain availability, and protect personal data.
  • The User undertakes to: provide accurate data, not share access with third parties, use only read-only exchange API keys, and refrain from reverse-engineering the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is". The accuracy and timeliness of information are not guaranteed.
  • The Provider is not liable for losses from the User's trading decisions, service outages, third-party actions (exchanges, payment systems, OAuth providers), or AI model errors.
  • The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current subscription period.

7. Payment and Refunds

  • Subscription prices are listed on the website. Payment is accepted by bank cards and SBP (Robokassa), as well as via Telegram Stars.
  • The subscription is set up with automatic renewal. After the first payment, the subscription price is charged automatically to the linked bank card at the start of each billing period (month or year, depending on the chosen plan) until cancellation.
  • Recurring charges are made at the same price as the first payment unless stated otherwise on the website. The User is notified in advance of any change to the subscription price.
  • By subscribing and clicking the payment button, the User consents to recurring automatic charges in accordance with these Terms.
  • Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time in the "Subscription" section of the personal account. After cancellation, access to paid features remains until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if paid features have not been used.
  • A receipt is generated via the "My Tax" app in accordance with FZ-422.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All rights to the Service's code, design, and algorithms belong to the Provider.
  • The User is granted a non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use of the Service.

9. Term and Termination

  • The Terms are effective from the moment of acceptance until the User deletes their account.
  • The Provider may block access for violation of the Terms.
  • The User may delete their account at any time from profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

  • The Provider notifies the User of changes 7 days in advance via the Service or email.
  • Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.

11. Governing Law

The relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, by a court at the Provider's location.
